Okay, so obviously I've been completely MIA for the entire month of April. However, it's with good reason...by this time next week, I should have the keys to my very first house!
But make no mistake, first-time-home-buying is not for the faint of heart. There have been a lot of ups & downs but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it-is-good.
Anyway, more to come, but thought I'd pop in really quick to just let ya know that my days have been filled with packing, inspections, reinspections, waiting, signing, initalling, planning, packing,etc.
